Margaret Goodson has been volunteering with Meals on Wheels for 36 years. As part of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), she has done every job at Meals on wheels from food prep to office administration. Now, at the age of 93 she helps out in the office on Mondays. After giving up driving, a staff member from Meals on Wheels picks her up so she can continue to generously give her time to that organization. We at Seniors in Service join President Obama in acknowledging Margaret Goodson with her Lifetime Achievement Award for her extraordinary volunteerism.
