These giving volunteers packed 6\,624 meals in just over an hour. Very impressive! The meals consisted of lentils (50%)\, dehydrated vegetables (15%)\, pink Himalayan sea salt (5%) and rice (30%). Our volunteers packed the foods in the proper portions to make a vacuum-sealed packet containing three meals per packet. \nIt’s a nutritionally balanced\, shelf-safe dinner for a family. And when the time comes to cook the meals\, all it takes is one pot on the stove and 30 minutes. Our volunteers made it possible for more needy people to have simple\, nutritional food this holiday season.
