Location: Beth-El Farmworker Ministry, Inc. – 18240 US HWY 301 S Wimauma, FL 33598-4307

Purpose of the Positions:  The Beth-El Farmworker Ministry has been helping farmworkers for over fifty years. Beth-El is working harder than ever to provide humanitarian aid. They have had to increase food distribution from around 500 bags for a week to almost 900 bags.

Commitment Expected: Tuesdays from7:30am-11:30am and/or Wednesdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm.

Training: No training required. Workers will be instructed on what to do upon arrival.

Volunteer Positions:

• • • Food Distribution: Hand out bags of groceries to those in need
    • Grocery Baggers: Help pre-fill over 800 bags to be given to hungry families
    • Grain Packers: Portion out large quantities of grain into smaller meal-sized packages for distribution
    • Food Rescuers: Pick up food donations and other items throughout the communitiy
