Councilman Orlando Gudes
Orlando Gudes is the Tampa City Council Member representing District 5 since 2019. A Tampa Native, Orlando Gudes has proven to be committed to helping improve the life of others in his professional and personal journey. Councilman Gudes will speak about his experience with contracting COVID-19 and the difference the vaccine can make.
Dr. Charles Sand
Dr. Charles Sand, a Florida native, serves on the local Department of Health and Hillsborough County COVID-19 Advisory committees, the State of Florida Emergency Medical Services COVID-19 advisory, and the National EMS/Emergency Medicine COVID Advisory committees. Dr. Sand will share important medical information about risks and reinfection rates post-vaccine.
